These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Viki website, web application, and related services. By creating an account, clicking the acceptance checkbox, purchasing a subscription, or using Viki, the user agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy.

Viki asks for a deliberate act of acceptance because serious products should be entered consciously, and because affirmative acceptance is generally stronger than passive notice alone.

Users must be at least 16 years old, or the age required by law in their jurisdiction to validly use the service, whichever is higher. Viki may suspend or refuse access where this requirement is not met.

Providing accurate account information.

Limiting unauthorized access to their account.

If a user believes an account has been compromised, Viki should be notified promptly.

Viki is a spiritual operating system for people who want more structure, depth, and direction in the way they work with manifestation, ritual, astrology, numerology, reflection, and personal growth. It is designed to help users turn patterns and inner signals into more intentional action and practical progress.

Viki is provided for reflection, personal growth, spirituality, inspiration, and entertainment. Viki does not provide medical advice or psychological treatment, crisis intervention or emergency support, legal advice or financial/investment advice, or guaranteed outcomes of any kind.

No content in the service should be treated as a substitute for licensed professional advice or emergency services.

Users may submit content such as profile data, manifestations, rituals, journal entries, reflections, emotional logs, goals, and other materials.

Users retain ownership of the content they create.

Users grant Viki a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, store, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Users agree not to use Viki for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

Users agree not to harass, threaten, manipulate, exploit, or impersonate other people.

Users agree not to upload or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or otherwise prohibited by law.

Users agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.

Users agree not to use the service in ways that misuse spiritual, creator, or community features to pressure or harm others.

Viki may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing, billing intervals, and included features will be shown before purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or platform billing providers.

Renewing subscriptions may continue according to the billing terms shown at checkout unless canceled in time.

Users are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges associated with their purchases where applicable.

Refund rights, where available, will be governed by the applicable checkout flow, platform rules, and mandatory consumer protection law.

The Viki name, branding, design, software, interface, original content, and service materials (excluding user content) are owned by or licensed to Viki and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

If users send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Viki, that feedback may be used by Viki without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users may stop using Viki at any time.

Viki may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where these Terms are violated, payments fail or chargebacks occur, the service is misused, or continued access creates legal, operational, or security risk.

Viki may change, update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The service may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viki is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viki and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, Viki’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the greater of: the amount paid by the user to Viki in the 12 months before the claim arose; or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viki and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from user content, misuse of the service, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in the user’s country requires otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Enfield, England, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Viki may revise these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, users may be notified through the website, the app, email, or another reasonable notice method.

Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
