Viki is operated by Binan Iliev / Ascendant Unity Limited, with its registered office in Enfield, England. Viki is a spiritual operating system designed to help users work with manifestation, ritual, astrology, numerology, reflection, and personal direction in a more structured way.

Privacy is part of trust. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Viki collects, why it is collected, how it is used, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and what rights users may have under applicable data protection law, including the GDPR.

Viki is built for serious inner work, but serious inner work still needs clear external rules. This policy exists to make those rules visible.

Optional birth data, such as date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, when users choose to provide it for personalized astrology or numerology features.

User content, such as manifestations, rituals, journal entries, reflections, emotional logs, goals, and saved preferences.

Some Viki experiences become more personal when users choose to provide additional information. Birth details and similar personalization inputs should only be requested when they are relevant to the feature being used, and optional fields should remain optional where possible.

Viki is built around alignment, but alignment is not coercion. Where consent is the legal basis, that consent should be specific, informed, freely given, and unambiguous.
